Presston is built to last, and we stand behind it.

Coverage
For as long as you own your Presston, we warrant the brew chamber, cap, piston shaft, control ring, and included steel filter against defects in materials and workmanship.

Seals, gaskets, and the piston head are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 10 years from the date of purchase.

Who is covered
The original owner. This warranty is not transferable.

What we will do
If a covered part fails because of a defect, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion, at no cost to you.

What is not covered
Normal wear of seals, gaskets, and the piston head. Damage from misuse, abuse, drops, or accidents. Unauthorized modification or repair. Damage from abrasive cleaners or cleaning agents we do not recommend. Cosmetic wear that does not affect function. Lost parts.

How to make a claim
Email contact@presston.co with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if you have them. We will reply with next steps.

Your rights
We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
