Limited Lifetime Warranty

Presston is built to last, and we stand behind it.

Coverage
We warrant the brew chamber, cap, piston, and control ring against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Seals and gaskets are warranted for 10 years from the date of purchase.

Who is covered
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only. It is not transferable to subsequent owners.

What we will do
If a covered part fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion, at no cost to you.

What is not covered
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear beyond the periods stated above, damage from misuse, abuse, or accident, unauthorized modification or repair, or damage caused by cleaning agents other than those we recommend. Cosmetic wear that does not affect function is also not covered.

How to make a claim
Email contact@presston.co with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if you have them. We will get back to you with next steps.
